Wow, it has been a minute since I have posted, but I have the stamina and passion to blog consistently from this point forward. Of course, there will be hurdles and unexpected circumstances, but I am committed to this brand. Speaking of brand, I have rebranded my blog with hopes of capturing all my passions without the pressures to conform to a rigid structure. MiSpecs is now all about capturing my introSPECtive of wellness. You will be able to follow me on my journey to achieve and maintain physical, mental, and spiritual health. You can expect to still get my favorite music playlists along with planning tips and lifestyle posts.
One of my first initiatives is to help set a foundation for habits of wellness in your life through 21 Days of Prayer and Wellness. At the beginning of every year, my church hosts 21 Days of Prayer and Fasting, which is a way to help recenter your relationship with God and seek Him on some areas of concern in your life. I decided to adopt that mission along with some added wellness for the next 21 days. So from today until the 26th of January, you will receive prayers, Bible verses, and tips to achieve overall wellness in your life.
The first tip is that without a plan, you plan to fail. So, comment below what you plan to achieve within the next 21 days, what are you asking God for?
