WOW (Work-It Out Wednesday)

Good Morning,

I pray that you are starting your day off with a smile on your face and God guiding you through the day. Now, I am not a workout expert, yet, but I love fitness. I believe that it is something that should be included in everyone’s life. So as I journey to better physical health, I want to bring you along. Everyone sees the new year as the best time to start a weight loss journey; however, by the end of the year the weight that you worked so hard to get rid of, is right back where it was or other places.

So my goals for you are to:

#1 – Set a goal for your self, WRITE IT DOWN! This holds you more accountable. If you need help fill out these goal sheets I made for you right here —–>>>>> Improving You This Year Handout pdf and my post on Improving You This Year ——>>>>>>

#2 – Let a friend know.  They will be your accountability partner and they can join you and you can encourage each other along the way. There are many apps that can help you with these goals. For example Pact is an app where you make a goal for yourself and when you don’t make the goal you pay with however much you set yourself to pay.  You can also get paid for staying active.

#3 – Go do it! Many times we set goals for ourselves, and the only thing we are lacking is the actions behind it. So go out and be great!

Remember that as long as you have God guiding you and your constantly seeking His guidance, you can meet whatever goal it is that you have set.

“I am able to do all things through Him who strengthens me” – Phillipians 4:13

#4 Constantly re-evaluate. Weight loss and maintenance is a journey. So if you want to keep the weight-off, tone up, or stay toned, you need to plan how to do that. The handouts above will help you with that as well.

  • So welcome to the journey! Comment below if you have any questions or any requests.
